Estate management is undertaken by C D Estates Management Limited who are responsible for:

• Landscape gardening
• Full-time caretaking during office hours
• Estate security
• Refuse disposal, including recycling facilities
• Exterior maintenance and window cleaning
• Site cleansing

In addition to these facilities, all occupants are invited to join the Shrivenham Hundred Business Watch which has been running successfully since 1998.
